How do you ship your orders?
Your order is shipped domestically by UPS Ground or UPS Freight. You order will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. We do not ship on Holidays.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Your order will arrive at your desired location within 3 to 6 days after placing the order depending on which product you purchased and your location within the United States.
Am I able to pre-order items?
Specific items that are not in stock at the moment are available to be pre-ordered. You can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as they arrive to our location from our wide selection of global resources. We will NOT charge your card until we have the item in our possession and ready for shipment.
Can I return an item?
Mattresses and Pillows are not returnable. Bedding Sets, Linens and Pillow tops are returnable. All return items carry a 15% re-stocking fee. Browse under "Shopping Info" for more information about returns.
